Disliked: The beds are too hard and there aren’t enough washing machines/dryers for the amount of people staying. Booking entire construction crews and baseball teams makes it difficult for the average guest to get access to the machines.

Staff were excellent - budget...

Liked: Breakfast was a highlight of our stay with fresh waffles, yogurt, cereals, and muffins to choose from.
Disliked: The carpets in our room were severely stained and didn't look like they had been cleaned in a long time. The sheets were clean but there were old make-up stains on one of the bedspreads. Everything else was spotless and well maintained.

Liked: Evening staff was very friendly, and assistive.
Disliked: Morning staff was less than friendly and fairly rude. Toilets ran all night, broken toilet seat pinching skin, hole in bathroom door. Staff was unfriendly when I asked about the lack of breakfast, ran out of products.
