Liked: It was clean with friendly staff. Loved the lemon water offered all day; afternoon soup was an added benefit. I would recommend to friends and family.

Good place for a family...

Liked: My room and bath were fine. Having a frig and a microwave was a plus.
Disliked: My heating unit (Room 203) was really loud.The breakfast, included, was mostly carbs. It would be fine for a family with children. I had a yogurt and a hard-boiled egg. The coffee urn was empty and the juice dispenser was broken. The location was not walking distance to any restaurants for dinner.

Liked: Pros: it was clean and staff were accommodating. Cons: The breakfast was terrible and we spent over an hour trying to get the tv to work. They were going to move us to a different room but all we had to do was unplug the cable box and plug back in which was no easy task getting to the cords. Rooms were smaller than average, pretty tight for 2 adults and 2 children. Really no place to put luggage other than between beds or at end of beds and have to step over the whole time. Ultimately it was a decent place but I feel we paid way too much for what we got.

Liked: Seemed short staffed but still very pleasant. The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms are a good size and the beds are super comfortable.
