Great location. I would go back for a one night stay. Good price.

Liked: Location close to venue.
Disliked: Room was outdated; smelled like old cigarettes.

About five miles from the Speedway. It was easy to get an Uber after the Rebellion each night.

Liked: Rooms were clean.
Disliked: We were on the first floor and the window would not lock. Some cars were broken into the first night we stayed.

Liked: Rooms were a lot nicer than I thought they were going to be! Had a smoking room for hubby - being a non smoker it was not too smelly. Window opened and had a bench seat in front of it. Kept most cigarette smell out of the room. Front staff was excellent.
Disliked: Pillows were lumpy - bad lumpy! Zero water pressure.

Liked: Customer service during normal hours was pleasant.
Disliked: No vending machines that I could locate; cable TV was in and out all night.

Great stay in Charlotte. Hotel was close to UNCC, downtown, airport and nearby shopping and eating. Jo at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was perfect for this solo traveller. Excellent value for the price. Would stay there again. Lovely city and people.

The room was large enough for 5 people. The refrigerator and microwave was a real convenience.

Liked: Clean rooms. Courteous staff.
Disliked: Ran out of silverware with breakfast.

Overall the hotel seemed clean and in good condition. The employees were very friendly. We had left some jewelry in the room and were obviously worried we would never get it back. A few hours after check out I called to see if they had found it. The gentleman said he would look for it right away. When I made it back, the lady at the front desk had it waiting for me. I was surprised to see that it was all there!

Liked: Clean room; in good shape; friendly service.
Disliked: No fridge or coffee pot in room.

We really enjoyed our stay. Have stayed there before and will definitely return. Have recommended your hotel to many of my friends.

Our stay at this hotel was great. The hotel was clean, quiet and staff were friendly. The cost was very affordable. It was close to many restaurants and had a shuttle bus to and from where we were going. Would definitely stay here again.
