This was a family emergency...
Liked: Location is off the busy streets and yet close to them so it is easy to get around Latham from this motel.
Disliked: Very loud AC but grateful for it at the same time.

Great stay for the price....
Liked: For the cost, I was very happy with the accommodations. The breakfast was all sugar, but I didn't expect it to be lavish, based on what we paid for our stay. The pet fee is a bit high, in my opinion, but that is not surprising at any hotel. We don't have children, and have a very small, hypo-allergenic, well trained therapy dog. In my opinion, babies and small children can be more destructive/louder than our pet and they aren't charged extra...Just a thought. haha
Disliked: Maybe a protein option at breakfast (hard-boiled egg, or something simple).

I would not choose another...
Liked: The breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was good, though.
Disliked: The room was tiny. There was no Netflix available. There was a huge person stumping in the room above me, not that you could have changed that. I was surprised that there was no refrigerator.

We would never stay there...
Liked: It was minimal but satisfactory.
Disliked: The toilet was FILTHY! The room did not match the online pictures. The staff was barely helpful. We asked twice for assistance with TV access and controls and never got it. We were told the "information booklet" in the room was out of date. When we asked for the updated information (for TV operation & channel access), we were told it was locked in the safe and only the manager could provide it--which was never done--not even an apologetic follow-up. After checkout, when we asked for help to look for an item that may have been left in the room, the manager (?) was barely helpful, "pointing" me to the cleaning staff area to help me reenter the room. When I could not locate the area, he reluctantly found someone in the breakfast room to let me in. There was never any hospitality shown to us as guests. The staff was really poor in their communication and were not helpful. They seemed very short-staffed.
