Okay but not the best.

Liked: Staff was friendly. Easy location to get to.
Disliked: Room was dirty. Floor was not cleaned. Hair clip in the corner. Mystery spots on the floor. Looked like linoleum that was not mopped. One of the pillows had makeup stains. Not sure if a stain left after wash or pillow was missed when changed. Overall cleanliness not to par with other hotels stayed in.

Good hotel, very friendly staff,...

Liked: The staff was very friendly, nice, helpful. The coffee was good, breakfast was ok. Had queen bed, was comfortable. Room was pretty small but doable, tv was very small for room size. Was very quiet, plenty of restaurants within 10 minute drive. Nice size refrigerator, little bigger than dorm size. Small microwave. No coffee setup in room. Overall hotel was fairly clean, quiet, no issues, fair amount of parking. They were not busy during our stay so was able to park near door during stay, parking on front and back of building.
Disliked: Bigger tv, remote didn't work well - had to turn it upside down to use it, but it worked. Lol. The bathroom sink wasn't draining proper but we found the sink plunger wasn't working proper - we manually pulled it up and had no issues after that. Shower temp was fine Saturday, Sunday shower temp kept fluctuating - assumed it was due to everyone preparing to leave for checkout at 11. Nothing major wrong, was more expensive than we thought it should be for the type hotel but wasn't outrageous. Would stay there again.

Liked: Help was very helpful and courteous.
Disliked: The first rooms had bed bugs so they moved us to upstairs My granddaughter went to be seen at the doctors on 1/29 24 . Her left arm is still swollen and itching she’s very uncomfortable. I feel she needs to be compensated.

TARA made up the difference

Liked: TARA was awesome, very professional and kind to guests. No carpet on the floor and i was close to the stairs. It was quiet
Disliked: There was hair in my bath tub and my floor was not swept when i turned the air on black stuff blew on my comforter. I brought lysol and wipes so the bathtub was a easy fix.
