Liked: Through a 3rd party booking sight I was able to get the room at a great price
Disliked: I arrived in town 12 hours earlier than expected. I called the front desk to see if it was possible to pay for an extra day. I was willing to pay a full days rate even though I was checking in 1 day early. I was told they were booked full. As I was driving around to the other hotels, I noticed the parking lot was half empty. So I pulled in. A gentleman immediately appeared in the entrance and stopped me halfway across the parking lot with a shake of his head.no vacancies, he said. Not one other hotel was full that night. I found this to be extremely rude.
