Elevator didn't work. 3rd floor hallway smelt like crap. Our floor had something sticky on it. One of our rags looked like it has s**t on it and when we went to breakfast everything was out.

Disliked: Customer service had a little issue with checking in the room and they almost checked me out with my stuff in the room because of the front desk rep.

Very relaxing room and courteous...

Liked: The overnight front desk clerk, I believe his name was Cliff, was very nice and courteous. He recommended a great restaurant for my family. The breakfast was magnificent and on time!
Disliked: The shower and bathroom were excellent. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was quiet!

Disliked: Location. several people hanging around in lobby waiting room everytime I went thru. They didn’t appear to b checking in. It felt unsafe.
