Overall good and will recommend

Liked: It was clean and great location with friendly staff.
Disliked: Didn’t have any maid service in 4 nights so trash piled up, had to ask for towels and toilet paper. The breakfast was lacking. Vending machine didn’t have regular water.

Disliked: The floor needed a vacuuming. Shower pressure was fair. The room smelled a little like dirty feet.

Liked: Location was convenient for a show we attended at the Smith Opera House
Disliked: Parking was definitely lacking.We paid for a Queen sized bed and the room we were placed in was only a Full size bed

Adequate budget hotel

Liked: Room was clean but basic. Window seat was a very nice touch though! Breakfast was adequate and typical of this type of hotel. 24 hour water, coffee, and tea was a nice touch! Plenty of parking.
Disliked: Bedding was thin / cheap. Towels are small and thin and there were not enough in the bathroom for our party. Hotel staff did not answer text and call to get another set until the next morning which meant my son was not able to shower. Stayed 2 nights and there was no service to make beds, refresh towels etc.
