Liked: They upgraded our room from standard to the suite for free, this is the second time too. Five star service every time I check into this hotel.
Disliked: The bed could use one more pillow (that’s just my liking tho), and the standard room has no fridge or microwave.

Liked: Close to highway for an easy exit after a long day of driving; friendly, helpful staff; lemon juice water at the front desk; clean and quiet for a needed good night’s sleep;
Disliked: Not enough space to do morning exercises; Breakfast truly unappealing and certainly not healthy; area around the hotel not pleasant, ugly and dangerous

Liked: Breakfast was acceptable. The problem was with the dining room, which was closed for a while. The juices had no taste.
Disliked: It is good that each room has a refrigerator.
