Disliked: Very poor customer service. No proper response the night manager speaking very disrespectful

Great location, would not call...

Liked: The location was great and the self check-in made it pretty easy.
Disliked: The room itself was a bit disappointing due to how dark it was as it only had a skylight, the height of the bed and how we found other people's hair still in the shower.

Disliked: Massive party in next door room, went for few hours called after hours management.

Overall pretty good!

Liked: I loved the room! The ensuite is very nice and clean and the bed is super comfortable. Short walk to Cuba Street which is a big plus. Good for couples, solo travellers and travelling for work.
Disliked: Rooms are not very soundproof, I could hear people talking in the room next door. I also wasn’t warned about the security deposit in advance, it would’ve been nice to be aware of before arriving to the hotel.

Liked: I really liked that Microtel is right in the city centre, it made it super easy to walk to all the places I wanted to check out. The self check-in was a big plus too, especially since I arrived late. Being able to check out online was really convenient as well
Disliked: I dint like that my room didn't have a window

The room was clean, neat...

Liked: Fast elevator, convenient location, clean room, café downstairs, paid underground parking.
Disliked: A solid shower floor would have been nice instead of a bouncy plastic shower tray lol but it was fine. It would have been nice to watch some local television but there were no channels scanned, you had to cast to the TV which was annoying.
