Disliked: Shower base in rm 106 needs attention. Overall very satisfied and I will return because this hotel is excellent value for money.

Good Location, But Not Family-Friendly

Liked: Central location: The hotel is well-located and close to the heart of Wellington, which made it easy to get around.
Disliked: No on-site parking: Despite requesting parking in advance, we were told it was full on arrival. With kids and four pieces of luggage, finding parking outside was stressful and inconvenient.Very basic breakfast: The breakfast was disappointing—just a croissant, bread, and tea. That’s all. No variety, no hot food, not even fruit.Tiny rooms with poor ventilation: The room was extremely small, and the smell from the bathroom lingered due to zero ventilation—no windows or airflow.Not suitable for families: Overall setup felt more like a backpacker spot. Definitely not ideal for families or anyone needing space and comfort.Overall:Aside from the location, the experience was below expectations. We wouldn’t recommend this hotel for families—there are better options out there with proper parking, cleaner rooms, and actual breakfast.

Disliked: Needed to be cleaned more regularly. It said every three days but it was more like 5 days later. The breakfast option is far too late starts at 8.30am, for working people that need to be at appointments by 9am it’s not ideal. It was advertised as 7.30am and I was unable to get a refund because 8.30 was too late.
