Liked: Friendly member of staff on arrival, good location for bus (bus stop right outside place) which took us straight into Newcastle. Clean and practical rooms. I was staying with my daughter and her friend and we drove down from Fife to spend sat/sunday in Newcastle, visit Angel of North and metro centre. This place was great for the one night we stayed.
Disliked: Found the key to main door stuck a few times - could be just us doing something wrong on unlocking, didn’t mention it as we got it unlocked so not an issue.

Disliked: Great price for what we paid for our room but very disappointing that we had no television signal in our room so we could not watch any television.

Liked: Nice spacious clean room (4), the restaurant was superb. Incredible value £11 for 3 courses, portions were huge and the quality of the food was amazing.. highly recommended.

Pleasant stay

Liked: Stayed for one night after a late flight. Room was very clean and spacious and had tea/coffee tray and toiletries. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast in the morning was superb and staff were friendly.
Disliked: We liked everything and would definitely stay again. We didn’t have enough time to stay for lunch or dinner but the menu looked great!
