Miccosukee Casino & Resort

The resort charged me three different times, and then when they called me back to fix it they did not offer me any kind of accomodation for the loss of my money that I did not have that whole weekend for my vacation. The people at the desk acted as if they had no idea what was going on even though I showed them the screen shot of my bank and how it came out to three charges of almost $400. If you are a smoker it would be good hotel for you because they allow you to smoke; however, our room was also non smoking yet we could smell it through venting.

Disliked: The drink selection could be more. Frozen drinks like Strawberry Daquari would be great! The drink I had at the Tempt Lounge was ok but the ingredients used were lacking in taste

Liked: Staff were very welcoming. We had arrived back from a cruise and were able to check in by 2:00.

Overall my stay was good

Disliked: My room.had no microwave and one day it didn't get clean at all.
