The resort charged me three different times, and then when they called me back to fix it they did not offer me any kind of accomodation for the loss of my money that I did not have that whole weekend for my vacation. The people at the desk acted as if they had no idea what was going on even though I showed them the screen shot of my bank and how it came out to three charges of almost $400. If you are a smoker it would be good hotel for you because they allow you to smoke; however, our room was also non smoking yet we could smell it through venting.

Convenient for the purpose of...

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. When we checked in the lady was lovely and very welcoming. We booked this hotel as the location was very close to the Airboat trip we had arranged. The food in the bistro was also good.
Disliked: We checked out a day early as we don't gamble and location felt isolated. I was disappointed that when checking out early we weren't asked why and they were very keen to make us aware there will not be a refund (which we weren't expecting) this didn't feel very customer focused.
