Liked: I liked the features of the Hotel. Very nice
Disliked: I didn't like how when I booked my hotel, it was not in writing or mentioned that a deposit was required. I was given a price for my stay but got to the hotel, and it's 225 more. I stayed for 3 days and my room wasn't cleaned. I had to call for housekeeping. I feel like my deposit should have been credited back at check out. I shouldn't have to wait 3 to 5 business days, I gave my deposit at the time of checking in, and it should have been returned at checkout

Superb

Liked: Staff were very kind, breakfast was good. No waiting time at the reception. Hotel is clean and very well organised. Lifts are also very efficient. Rooms were spacious, bright and clean.
Disliked: To dine at the hotel, you would need to dine at the lobby unless you opt for room service. The lobby can be a noisy place at times. The food is generally good, however there is room for improvement.
