I reserved a room at this hotel without knowing anything about it. Turned out it was a fabulous choice. The staff were attentive and courteous. The hotel is immaculate. The coffee shop has delicious coffee. The location is excellent. Nice to take a morning walk along the seawall and bridge areas. View from my room was wonderful. I will stay here again when I visit the area. Highly recommend it.

The hotel was nice, clean...

Liked: Nice, comfortable room with a nice view.
Disliked: Took forever to check-in and check-out. Waited in line for a good while and at one point the customer service rep. walked away without a word and was gone for nearly 10 minutes. Was told our room would be ready by 4:00 pm, it was not.

Disliked: No concierge to help us find activities near the location. Main concern was cruise passengers.

Great city centre location with...

Liked: Breakfast area was never too busy. The bar area was lovely at night for a drink and some food. Renovated rooms and bathrooms are beautiful. Very comfortable bed and lovely fresh sheets. View of the bay from the room was beautiful.
Disliked: I would have liked a balcony or even a window which opened. No fresh air could circulate in the room because of lack of windows.
