Disliked: When we go into the room, there’s not even dresser to put your clothes in. I smell like cigarettes. And is it a non-smoking room! There was no spa in the room online. It says there’s a spa in the room. The floor were so dirty. You had to wear your shoes where you walked. I asked to get my money back because I still had four days there, well, I lost money, and I just went somewhere else! They did not give me any money back. We just left because it was so gross, and I told the lady that the floors are dirty, and she said well, every room floor is gonna be dirty, like how clean it, and the people that are cleaning the rooms. They don’t even clean and shit. They just look like they’re doing something walking around the earphones on. They don’t even have mops on the cleaning cart. Like how are they still open to pretty disgusting!!!!!

Close to airport cost was...

Liked: Jaccuzzi tub was large and the bathroom walls seemed to have recently updated and had beautiful colors and style.
Disliked: The mirror over the bed, its 2025 people, remove the mirror and add a mural or tiles that are good
