a clean 3 star hotel

Liked: price seemed good valueit was walkable from central locations
Disliked: a little run down feeling.room was very crampedshower head not working properly heater / air con noisey and blowing right onto the bed

Great location, facilities and overall...

Liked: Location was great, within walking distance to shops and south of the city. Bed was so comfortable, tea and coffee facilities excellent as well as the bathroom, it was a great stay!
Disliked: Nothing, it was all great :)

Happy

Liked: Location is great for us. We can walk to Queen Victoria Market, easy to catch a tram to the city. It's a three or three and a half star hotel, but we have stayed there a number of times because it's clean, the location, the service with twenty-four hour check-in, they never take a bond from us as many others and the price is very competitive. Will stay again.
Disliked: No elevator, fortunately there are not many floors.

Liked: Very comfortable bed. Great location. Nice ensuite.
Disliked: Unable to control the temperature of the room due to central heating/cooling. Thin walls.

Liked: Great location and staff were very helpful, especially helping my sister and I carry our largest suitcase up to our room.The beds were very comfortable and linen very clean.
Disliked: Sadly the 2 flights of stairs were a challenge and the rooms were very stark. Rooms could so with some nice artwork on the walls and maybe a nice coloured throw on the bed just to warm the room up a bit.
