Disliked: You don’t get house keeping till after being there for three days, we where a party of 5 and couldn’t get no clean towels or get our trash taken out. Also did not like the hidden hotel fees.

Liked: Nothing couldn't even stay there
Disliked: The roches the no wash cloths no towels when asked to move room do to cock roches was told no so had to find a new hotel

Disliked: Not clean, roaches, bugs on the bed and furniture, family of raccoons running around the pool area at night and during the day. Took forever and several reminders for towels and toilet paper overall a disgusting place that looks nothing like the pictures online.

Overall our stay was terrible...

Liked: Nothing, the hotel in its entirety was terrible. The staff had no care, the smell was terrible and the entire hotel every where was not clean. The photos in the advertisement and the actual hotel are very different.
Disliked: The staff couldn’t care less about what was happening. They wouldn’t give you towels or toilet paper even if you requested for it. We had to go to front office to remind them many times. It was gross and the rooms stank. There was dust everywhere and the smell of cigarette smoke was unbearable.

Liked: The price was fine, the bathroom actually had a good shower head and the bed was comfortable
Disliked: Mold on the curtains, 90% of the wall outlets were so loose they couldn't hold anything in it to charge, the jacuzzi was super cold

Liked: It was cheap and the room was a nice size. I was just bummed that the pool was completely closed. The staff was super nice and helpful with anything and everything that we asked for that they could help with.
Disliked: The soaps that they offer could be better quality. They didn't really feel like they were washing or conditioning my hair at all. When I asked for more of them they only had one more of each little tube at the time to give me. It also sucked that the pool and hot tub were closed for the night even tho we were put in a room right in front of the pool. The worst thing was that NONE of the ice machines worked at the entire property. And it was late and we were exhausted and have a terminally ill child so we can't just jump in the car to go to the store to get ice. And my son's feed needs to stay cold. So that was kind of a problem.
