Huge hotel with a lot of dining choices, although pricey.

Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Distances between amenities.

There was no coffee pot in the room, and you couldn't get any TV channels either. There wasn't a working clock in the room. When I waited an hour and a half to check-in, I ended up missing a Motown show due to the hour and a half wait and did not get refunded the two hundred dollars for the show I missed because of their fault. Very bad! And it was all on a Sunday.

Liked: Breakfast at the cafe was good.
Disliked: I had to wait an hour and a half standing in line before getting a room.

I couldn't have been happier...

Liked: This hotel, in spite of being one the biggest on the strip and generally packed with guests, does everything right. The facilities are clean, modern and packed with plenty of things to do. The staff is uniformly approachable, polite, kind and willing to do whatever it takes to make your stay a pleasant one. It's location is near the end of the strip, but the rest of it is easily accessible by foot or the monorail which has a station right in the hotel. I was genuinely surprised that a hotel this big could be so excellent.
Disliked: Check-in could be easier. There are kiosks to check in and get your key, but they are not well signed or explained. Several people, including me, had to seek advice from employees on how to use it. In person check-in was even worse because of long lines and limited staff on duty.

We had a terrible view...

Liked: It’s on the strip at least.
Disliked: It’s at the end of the strip with poor circulation and wayfinding.

Middle class

Liked: We were charged $22 each for water bottles that were placed in the refrigerator, even though they were not part of the minibar. A child accidentally opened them, not realizing they would incur such a charge. Additionally, there is ongoing renovation work in the room above us, which is causing significant noise and making it difficult to relax.

Liked: Everything is nice there
Disliked: Toilets low

Excellent! I will be staying...

Liked: Right on the strip. Convenient. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. Price was very affordable.
Disliked: No coffee pot or microwave. Could not use fridge for personal items.
