Huge hotel with a lot of dining choices, although pricey.
Liked: Clean.
Disliked: Distances between amenities.

There was no coffee pot in the room, and you couldn't get any TV channels either. There wasn't a working clock in the room. When I waited an hour and a half to check-in, I ended up missing a Motown show due to the hour and a half wait and did not get refunded the two hundred dollars for the show I missed because of their fault. Very bad! And it was all on a Sunday.
Liked: Breakfast at the cafe was good.
Disliked: I had to wait an hour and a half standing in line before getting a room.

Disappointing
Liked: I was billed for 3 nights but only stayed 2. I am trying to contact them but no answer from them

Hope to have a better...
Liked: I’ve always stayed at the MGM for its fun environment and location. Great Gym and pools.
Disliked: Unfortunately the hotel is doing renovations in the grand tower .. this meant late in the day and early morning there was banging, scraping and equipment directly above my room. The chemical fumes were incredibly strong and uncomfortable where I didn’t want to stay in the room .. I will contact the hotel directly. This is unfortunate as I’ve always had good experiences in the past.

Liked: Location and hotel had lots going . Huge casino
Disliked: No kettle in room, Starbucks super busy in the morning, so the morning coffee was a pain. Room service didn’t come on some days. Refurb being done directly above our room so really noisy. Wasn’t warned before hand , arrived to a letter of apology and some ear plugs .

Not a comfortable stay
Liked: The only thing we really liked was the new restaurant called Netflix bites and the pool.
Disliked: My husband and I have stayed at this hotel before about 10 years ago, I honestly think the hotel has gotten worse. We checked in a day early and got a different room for $54 a night and the room was gorgeous upgraded everything. However, we did not have hot water in that room.We got to our suite which we are paying close to six grand for and it is disgusting. There was stuff all over the wallpaper. The carpet is coming up. There’s not enough plugs for the telephones, I needed a fridge for my diabetic medication, which they did not have, only a bar fridge which we could not use. They were gonna charge me $35 a night for the fridge, which is absolutely ridiculous. I told them that the room we had prior had a fridge in it which I could keep my medication in also they are doing construction or renovations. I’m not sure right above our floor could not get any sleep. It’s constant all day. We will not be back.

Good location.
Liked: The check-in and check-out process is pretty seamless. Doing things through the app removes the need to stay in line. The location is pretty good for nearby attractions. While walking through the entire facility, I felt reasonably safe.
Disliked: Most of the things I didn't like were out of the hotel's control, so I can't write them down. The only thing that was frustrating is the elevator access. There are two sensors in both elevators and most of the time, only one of them would accept our key cards. There was one elevator where both didn't. Luckily, there are multiple elevators to make up for it. The mobile key card does also take a lot of practice to get used to.

Customer priority was the least.
Disliked: There was no hot water in the room and despite calling multiple times and standing in those long queues to just meet the front desk person and complain was a huge task in itself. Also, there was some renovation going around in the rooms adjacent to my room and there was continuous noise throughout the day.Lastly, the refund of the incident charges is also not done on priority.
