Liked: I like the casino and the restaurants
Disliked: Some of the slot machines were broken and seemed really old

Liked: Central location on the strip.
Disliked: You have to walk very far to get to your elevator and then walk very far again to get to your room if you are staying in the west wing. The room was adequate. Nothing super nice about it but nothing terrible.

Liked: The location
Disliked: I was stuck in the elevator, my daughter cut her foot on glass in the room, our bathroom flooded at 2am and I was stuck cleaning it, the room then smelt like sewerage all night and to top it all off our shower was full of mould, I took pictures. Very unhappy

Just a rip off!!! $58.00...
Disliked: First room they sent us to was filthy. Slept in bed, tissues on desk, dirty toilet and tv was left on.

I was glad to leave...
Liked: First of all they, MGM Grand, does not recognize Booking.com as an agency they work with. That made the precheck impossible. Second, I would have got better rates calling MGM personally and finally the room was not up to par. The view was of air conditioning on the rooftop, the water was turned off the first day having to change rooms... and absolute final comment is I will not use Booking.com Online Hotel ever again. Now does that answer your questions???

MGM- 1st week of July
Liked: Checkin was great & helpful!We liked the room size, cleanliness and room service meaning maid service. We also loved the view!
Disliked: We didn't like that restaurants aren't open 24x7. We didn't like the earthquake and no acknowledgement by the hotel or a courtesy telephone call to say, yes it happened.We didn't like that there was no refrigerator in the room.

Liked: The pool was excellent. Location and monorail access was nice.
Disliked: It was a long check in due to computers being down briefly but that?s not a normal process.
