Exceptional

Liked: Beautifully renovated building, big comfy beds, delightful staff
Disliked: Wee bit noisy in front room as right by entrance, not a massive issue for us but might be for some people

Pretty courtyard

Liked: Beautiful courtyard area Nice to be outside main part of city. Ran in Viveros Park every day

Great neighborhood with so much...

Liked: The area was amazing and we felt at home. The court yard was so peaceful after a day of exploring. The common areas were very funky and cool. Our bed was very comfortable

Get location and comfortable. Nice...

Liked: Did not have breakfast
Disliked: They advertised spa. Didn't see anything about a spa. Other guests also noticed it.

Nice place but too expensive...

Liked: The location is perfect and the place feels safe and secure. The rooms are large and pretty. The inner courtyard is really nice
Disliked: There is no spa, restaurant or bar as advertised. We had a room by the road and were woken up by car noise early, but it is quiet overnight

Disliked: The description said hot tub which is why I booked it. It was actually a half bath.

Superb

Misleading Description.

Liked: Frida Kahlo Museum was an easy walk, as was the walk to Coyoacan.
Disliked: We reserved a Superior Suite, which was described as having, amongst other things, a well fitted kitchen and terrace, a stove top, kitchenware, and an oven in a fully equipped kitchen,also a barbecue,,a washing machine, garden views. and wine/ champagne. None of these things were in the room.There was a communal kitchen that was shared by other guests.
