Unique place, safe and quiet...

Liked: It was in an amazing neighborhood. Close to many restaurants and in a quiet/safe area in Mexico. Aurora was always attentive and she would reply quick to any question. Love the uniqueness of this place.
Disliked: There was black mold on the walls in the bathroom and bathtub. Also, the bathroom shower head was very dirty. It needs to be clean better.

Liked: The location is perfect! The cosy boutique is amazing. We liked everything.

Liked: The location is perfect..The decoration...The rooms are very big and you have space for everything!
Disliked: One sugestion: try to serve breakfast by yourself. You have so nice place, that everybody like to eat there..because is so cozy. Even if it was just breakfast.

Liked: Nothing to like except maybe the location.
Disliked: This hotel is definitely not a 4 star hotel. The hotel looks really old, and doesn’t look like on the pictures. The staff is nonexistent. They are not on site and you need to text them 20 minutes in advance if you need something. The kitchen is really run down. The rooms look very old. There are for sure better options in the neighborhood.

Not pleased, expected more

Liked: The location was great. Coyoacan is a wonderful suburb of Mexico City
Disliked: We arrived at the hotel, a cleaning lady (maid) opened the door for us and showed us our room. That was the extent of the staff. Never saw staff again for 4 days. The floor in our 2 level room was noisy, as it was wood that sounded like a 100 year old cabin in the woods. Absolutely NO CONTACT with staff. Did not feel like the hotel cared about their guests.
