I was not happy.

Liked: I like the location and the hotel is comfortable.
Disliked: I paid for a deluxe room and I was given a room on the 5th floor without a window, a safe nor a fridge. I was very uncomfortable for two days of my four days stay. I had to insist many times so that they can move me to another room. Nothing was offered as a courtesy or an apology. I was not treated as I am at other Marriott hotels. I travel 75 % of the year for work and most often select Marriott hotels for my stays. I was not pleased with this one. I feel that I paid too much for uncomfortable accommodations.
