Liked: Excellent position within the Old Town, we did almost everything on foot, staff were absolutely amazing & great breakfast buffet options
Disliked: It was very hot in Prague during our stay & we went up to the rooftop bar. Some sunshade sales or large umbrellas would have been great

Liked: Nice spacious room. Good shower. Good location. Felt like a safe area. Playgrounds close by.
Disliked: Extra dark sheets kind of got in the way. Not needed when it 32 degrees.

Liked: Ahmed and the staffs were very helpful, they help me with everything i need, thank to everyone in this hotelBreakfast was so delicious, a lot of variety of food was amazing

Disappointing.

Liked: Location is good, just a 5 minute walk to the main square. Reception, cleaning staff were really friendly and helpful. Rooftop bar is a nice touch. Along with the complimentary glasses of prosecco, wine in the room, and on check out small waters to take with us.
Disliked: In the heat of summer the bedroom was extremely hot, the corridors were cool? With the windows open 24hrs curtains drawn, so hot.... The fan supplied, moved the hot air around the room. The breakfast on reviews is classed as amazing.... If you have a particular food intolerance, it's no good having breakfast here, try outside the hotel, there are many places. Shame really, it's such a easy thing to do .... Some of the restaurant staff were not helpful. Tip, take your own decaf tea/coffee this is unavailable at this hotel. I cannot remember writing a negative review ever, but this is such a simple fix which would make your guests stay better. This sounds pretty and I think it's best to be honest on here without whining. It was such a busy breakfast service throughout, the dining staff spoke very little English, so it was difficult to communicate without being classed like one of the other ignorant guests who gave no regard for these people working here, you get used to seeing all different types of people from all over the world and it never stops surprising me at how rude they can be, with the staff and no consideration for the other guests. Anyway, my title sums up our stay..... Disappointing

Complete package stay in city...

Liked: The hotel location and facilities were very nice. Perfect location with everything you need on site or right outside. Parking was easy on the blue line in the city; we got lucky with a spot right outfront. The rooftop bar had a fantastic view and all staff was so helpful. Highly recommend. Ahmed was great. Welcome drinks, complimentary bottle of wine, and the breakfast was delicious.
Disliked: Slow drain in the shower.

Pleasant

Liked: The location was handy for the 'old town' and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good.Most of the interesting places in the city are within 25 minutes walk.
Disliked: The room was smaller than we expected and it was rather warm with no aircon.Prague has a reputation a bit of a 'party' city and that certainly is the case. As a retired couple I would probably chose to stay on the west side of the River Vltava near to the Charles Bridge if I went again.
