Liked: Very good price. Easy check-in and check-out.
Disliked: Lot of mold in the bathroom. Bathroom (310) did not contain a vent fan which is probably why. Tried to have window open for every shower but that is not enough and clearly not every guest did this. Keycard reader on room door slow to let me in

I would not stay here...

Liked: Proximity. Kind staff. Key entry to stairs - this reader worked better than the room reader.
Disliked: The place needs total updating, except the beds - those aren’t bad. The shower has no light, the sink counter is peeling, the toilet runs continuously, the keys only work half the time, and the heat only works on or off - no other settings change the temperature - you either roast or freeze. The elevator is scary, there is no breakfast or food near, and the pool isn’t functional.

Disliked: Bathroom was filthy nasty stuff on walls, paint peeling in shower, slimy soap spot in shower area, room smelled musty and moldy

Disliked: Paying a deposit and not getting it back for a few days. The deposit requirement was buried in the Booking.com listing and I didn’t see it. The night clerk said we’d get it back in the morning, but the morning clerk said it will take a few days. Both clerks were hard to understand because of their accents.

Liked: DO NOT RECOMMEND
Disliked: Do not give this hotel cash deposit. Hotel released my 100 cash deposit to a person who is no way affiliated with my room and they did not require ID. They couldnt even tell me who the person was that took the money or picked it up. VERY SHADY

Disliked: Filed a complaint with https://db.dcp.utah.gov/complaints.html against them. It was really bad. Literally had to find another place to stay cuz not safe. i feel this place is not safe and someone will get hurt by their negligence. See y elp reviews

Liked: Nothing, the manager was extremely rude the whole time. The hidden pet fees cost me $400. Just would not recommend.

Liked: The location was awesome and it was super nice to be in the center of town.
Disliked: The layouts of the rooms were very weird and there was mold on the ceilings of the bathroom. The light in that room was also so dim we had to bring the lamp in the room to see.
