Liked: The hotel staff was very helpful and happy to assist with any issue immediately.The housekeeping services were excellent, and the hotel is close to the Old Town and the Kazimierz district.
Disliked: We were happy with everything!The only “problem” was that the fridge was way too small for all the food we bought — though to be fair, that’s mostly because we’re snack lovers with zero self-control.
