Liked: Staff was nice at the front desk and action city desk and the trampoline park was good
Disliked: Pool and pool area was freezing, didn't fill in the big hole around the thermostat that didn't even work right, the bathroom looked like my 5 yr old did the caulk and shower head was ready to fall off, Waterpark is included but you're charged a fee for it to freeze, lobby is way too crowded with the design they changed it too, pay how much a room and can't even offer breakfast tickets to the guests or even cereal guests have to go elsewhere or pay full restaurant prices at there in house "restaurant" , bought the 2 day passes to jump and play and its a waste of money when half the "blue" scanners don't work or you have to pay for them anyways and not very younger child friendly for the price. Didn't think it possible to go down hill this much, was there about 10 yrs ago and it was amazing and was so excited to bring my kids but regret wasting the money on the weekend.
