Liked: There is available the option to make self check-in and the host is very friendly and responsive. The location is 20 minutes walk from the main train station. We found lots of treats in the kitchen and we appreciated very much.
Disliked: Should insist a little bit with the cleaning in the shower and maybe new bedsheet would be nicer.

Liked: It is a really cool place to stay, has lots of added extras. Snacks/drinks and we could do some washing too. Easy check in and the host was very helpful and clear instructions!!
Disliked: Nothing it had all we needed for our short trip

Liked: Apartment is located in nice and quiet location near by old town centre. Public transport is near by apartment, you can get anywhere very fast. Rooms was very nice comfortable and clean. If you'll be travel to Bologna we recommend this apartment. We've been maximally satisfied.Thank you the owner for his help with all. He was very kind and helpful

Liked: The unit is lovely. Great facilities. Lots of little extras like fridge goodies and snacks. Lorenzo was fantastic. Great communication and a lovely place within about 20 minutes from the train station. Great place to stay for the Imola F1 GP. We cooked great pasta from the nearby well stocked Pam supermarket. Also ate at a lovely local restaurant recommended by Lorenzo

Liked: Lovely flat with brilliant furnishings and thoughtful additions like food and drinks. The host was super responsive and helpful at every stage.

Liked: Easy checkin and supplies for breakfast and drinks provided in the fridge. Comfortable apartment with washing machine,dish washer etc. Towels also provided. Quite neighborhood with good bus connection to the city.
Disliked: Did not meet with the host Lorenzo. But was not necessary anyway .. everything was okay in the apartment. A bit loud with neighbors and planes sometimes..

Liked: The place looks exactly like on the pictures. Very well equipped, feels like a perfect home for long term living for a bachelor. Eco friendly materials and high appliances. Has induction stove top, 2 air conditioners, microwave, big fridge, dishwasher & even washing machine. First floor felt a bit cold in winter, so it was perfect that it had additional transportable heater. Location was nice. Bus #27 in 10 min can take you to City center. 5 min walking distance from the apartment there's a big supermarket PAM. Lorenzo ( owner) was super responsive and it was easy to do check-in/check-out
Disliked: The only thing that could have been better was internet. Not sure if in whole Italy it's somewhat problematic. If you have to write couple of e-mails it's manageable otherwise, consider buying local card.
