I can't sleep because a...

Disliked: I needed to ask for a light bulb I had people knocking at my door asking if I wanted to buy clothes it's now 1:39 am I've been the reception desk twice as I can't sleep because the is a dog in room above me sounds like it's digging a hole through the floor

Liked: Liam the receptionist was brilliant , couldn't do enough for me, polite and enthusiastic.
Disliked: The bed had cheap boards of wood nailed to keep the frame together, the sharp edge on one side cut my leg.Mattress was lumpy and well used
