A great stay.

Liked: It was spacious, had great kitchen facilities and a very comfortable bed.The staff were very courteous
Disliked: The shower screen door needs fixing or replacing.

Liked: We loved the view of the river and city from our room (90). The AC was good and the room was spacious. We also liked the free parking onsite.
Disliked: The room and especially the bathroom were a bit dated and house keeping came early one day at 9:16am. We had to ask for additional toilet paper as house keeping didn't refill this each day. But that was easy to get from front desk.

Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful, I would definitely stay again
Disliked: Room 20 has no view and was an awful room, the staff were quick to respond to my concerns and moved my husband and myself quickly without any fuss, couldn't fault the staff

Back packers hotel

Liked: I liked how close we were to city. About 8-10 minute car ride.The staff was kind Food was nice
Disliked: 1- If you decide to eat dinner at hotel, there's little seating in bar area. 2- you have to pay extra for a mini buffet, it's a breakfast choice, not complementary.3- if you want early check in, its extra $1004- we were on level 1.. we could hear others showering, walking in there room, talking on the phone etc 5- the photos on website looked more updated than actual rooms.6- you couldn't watch any streaming channel, ( " error, try again later " ) would appear.7- there was no booklet or pamphlet in room about what's near by or anything. 8- felt like a back packers stay-cation more than a normal 3 star hotel.
