Liked: Clean room, comfy beds, good cleaning services and staff. Thanks, we enjoyed our stay overall.
Disliked: No microwave/toaster available for guests to use either in room or shared facility. We wanted to heat up our food but the receptionist didn't allow; would be great if the receptionist could explain the breakfast options available. Thank you.

Exceptional

Liked: The view was amazing and very quite area which we really enjoyed even with the rain the view was worth it especially at night. Staff were friendly upon arrival and during departure.

For the value of money...

Liked: The location was perfect it was only 15 minutes or less for me to get anywhere
Disliked: There were no bins available in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient. When we left on Saturday morning and returned later, the beds had been made—although my son found his T-shirt stuffed under a pillow, which was a bit odd. Additionally, the bottles and cans I had washed and placed neatly on the shelf above the kettle were still sitting there. For guests staying more than one night, I feel the cleaning crew could pay a bit more attention to detail. A little more thoroughness would make a big difference.

Disliked: so when i went there i found out someone else has checked under my name with me being aware. Which is a really threatening privacy concern. like how can someone can check in under my name with seeing my ids and when i asked the front staff this question the guy was very rude and told me that he didn't did that and he don't know like you are the representative of this hotel who should i ask then. very bad experience.
