Really easy location to get...

Liked: Staff were really friendly & helpful - always happy to answer any questions . Room size was really good- did not feel claustrophobic Cleaners did a really great job daily Balcony with the river views & surrounds was enjoyable morning & and evening
Disliked: Chairs on balcony were a little uncomfortable after a while Bathroom could do with a renovation

Ideal location with great river/city...

Liked: Great location, our room had a wonderful view over the river and the night lights were impressive. Friendly, efficient staff.
Disliked: Certain areas of the hotel need a refurb and the rooms in particular are very dated which is not reflected in the price. Limited menu.
