Comfortable stopover in Perth

Liked: Great staff there at after midnight waiting for me and again lovely Aga on reception in the morning helping me with rainy day options...

Felt unsafe and very uncomfortable

Liked: The room was spacious and staff were very friendly and accommodating
Disliked: Photos of all complaintsThe room was dirtyThe carpets were stainedThe cupboards were falling apartThe windows opened on the 4th floor with no fly screen or security and no ability to lock - child was in the roomNo extractor fan in the bathroom - bathroom looks worse than my 1970's built house, staining, soapy floor, fixtures brokenFridge freezer in desperate need of defrostingThe doona's were stained with all sorts of thingsThe bed was broken and the replacement room and bed were deeply dented and looked well usedMajority of the fixtures in the room were brokenAir con was extremely dirty and smelled or mold and something else.
