Liked: Hotel very clean staff very friendly & helpful
Disliked: We had arranged for the hotel shuttle bus to pick us up from the bus terminal at the airport. When we arrived we went collection point . We waited for 15 mins but no bus came. I phoned the hotel they told me he'd be with us by 4.30. He didn't arrive until 5pm by this time we were all cold and wet as the weather was awful.. The bus driver didn't even apologise to us when we told him we had been waiting for over an hour & were freezing waiting so long. He made the excuse of traffic but there was no evidence of traffic on way to hotel.I did make a complaint along with other guests from USA who were in the same position. The receptionist said she would pass it on to the Manager but to date I haven't heard anything.

Handy to airport with good...

Liked: Modern, great shower.
Disliked: Drapes were difficult to close completely. Housekeeping hadn’t emptied the bathroom trash container from the previous guests.

Budget friendly, great family suite...

Liked: Family room with two bedrooms, decent breakfast, great restaurant and shuttle, staff were very helpful and accommodating
Disliked: Dates in room, room shows some wear as do common areas, front entry to building rug pretty soiled, not much around the location
