Disliked: No microoven! Refund for Security money shoukd be max 3days!Not 14business days,its too late

A handy spot to stay,...

Liked: We have stayed many times at this hotel and it’s generally very good.
Disliked: We were a little disappointed this time, as the room next door was very noisy, 5 or 6 people partying wildly. We contacted the receptionist, hoping they would ask the guests to tone it down. Yes, it was only 5pm and not late, but signs say clearly: No Parties. Anyway, they changed our room to the 4th floor, much quieter and pleasant. We just think they should reinforce their rules better. In spite of this, still good value.
