Loved our stay at the...

Liked: The location was perfect, so easy to get to the centre of Amsterdam using the Metro. The food was amazing, the burger was the best we’ve had! Lovely staff, clean room and really comfy bed!
Disliked: I think the lighting in the room was a little too confusing to understand even with the instructions on the TV screen. It would have been nice to have the option of tea in the room as well as coffee.

Pleasant stay with easy access...

Liked: Staff did their best to accommodate our early arrival. The room was very clean and comfortable.
Disliked: There is glass door on the WC with bright light that comes on automatically when the room is entered. This design is not well thought through since it is very disruptive to others when someone gets up in the night to go to the washroom!

It was OK for what...

Liked: The bar area was nice and the wifi was fast. The hairdryer was decent
Disliked: It was disappointing the breakfast it didn't start until 8am. Which is extremely late compared to other hotels that I've stayed at for business.There was no table or desk in the room which made it impossible to work on a laptop in the room.There was also no fully length mirror and the open bathroom area was not very private, and didn't like the small enclosed toiler cubicle in the middle of the room.

Really lovely stay with welcoming...

Liked: The staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful, made us feel very welcome. The dinner in the restaurant was amazing, especially the pasta - we ended up eating there twice, would definitely recommend!! We were also able to rent bikes from the hotel and it was only a 15 min cycle into Amsterdam
