Met Hotel Amsterdam

Fabulous stay!

Liked: Fabulous modern hotel. Beds were super comfortable and we couldn’t hear any noise from corridors/ outside. Staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to meet our expectations. The hotel is a bit out from the city centre but transport was very close and affordable to use to go in and out of the city. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable, stylish stay in a...

Liked: Very stylish and comfortable interior, relaxed and casual atmosphere, comfortable beds. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and helped with luggage storage while we waited for our evening flight out of Amsterdam. Easy access to our hotel room, even later in the evening when coming home from events.
Disliked: Slightly far from the nearest tram stop, especially if you have luggage, but not impossible.

I was tired when I...

Liked: Even with very few guests, the wait was unacceptably long. The room was not cleaned properly, with trash, hair and foodstuff from previous guests… Uärk.
Disliked: Service was extremely slow.Cleaning was as if it didn't happen other than making the bed.

Liked: Everything was great. We were pleasantly surprised by the size and comfort of the room, and the amenities. The breakfast was awesome and well worth it. 20-25 from city center, but we really liked how quiet it was.

BEDBUGS

Disliked: BEDBUGS: Keep away. I tried to look for them when we came in the evening, as I always do, but the bed is black and teh room semi-dark so it is difficult to inspect. My son was covered in bites the day after. The staff understandably denies any existence of bedbugs.
