Stay away from this hotel....

Liked: Nothing. I am a frequent traveller for business purposes and this was my worst experience with a hotel.
Disliked: We found a different room than the one we had booked. No safe deposit box, no carpet, no satellite TV, and generally nothing from the described features. It was for handicapped people and the bathroom was really dirty. No one in the reception to complain about. The reception was closing at 6.00 pm. We called a number complaining and they moved us to another hotel for just one night. Then we moved us back to the first hotel to another room, again with nothing from the described features in the Booking. With all these movings , I lost some serious business appointments. At check out at 6.30 am no one was in the reception ( even if they are saying they open at 6.00 am).

Liked: near to messe , you can use scooters in the city , friendly , clean bathroom m blanket not available , heater is not working but I was busy al day long so did not bother
