Liked: Nice staff, although rarely at the reception. Location is good, very quiet neighbourhood, easy to access to the city centre. Very decent breakfast (classic one with scrambled eggs, cheese, yogurt, cereal, fresh fruits and veggies)
Disliked: Couldn’t find any information about WiFi at the suite and no one was at the desk to ask about it.The bathroom is a bit outdated with a smell from the tap when you open it.

Liked: Parking and breakfast are good.Just 2 km to the cathedral and an easy walk or trams available close by.Nice room with large balcony

Liked: The hotel is located in a quiet residential area, and you need to use public transport to get to the sights. But there is no street noise, it is very quiet, like in a village. You wake up to silence and birds singing. The room is clean, and the towels are changed every day.
Disliked: There is no staff at the hotel at night (doors are opened with a password). Guests may be noisy and there is no one to turn to in order to calm them down.

Disliked: room was not cleaned there was still left trash before people who were staying in the room before us i told the reception lady which doesnt speak english i translated to german she said she will check didnt do anything.

Horrible! TO AVOID

Disliked: - The hotel is sending instructions in German language for tourists visiting from abroad, when you politely indicate that you do not understand, they just ignore. Communication and client service is zero!- It should be clearly indicated in the description that this is not a hotel but apartments hotel: The reception is open 4 hours a day only (without saying how rude was the person we had to deal with during the check out) / There is no possibility to store the luaggage like any other hotel / They provide only 1 key even if the booked room is double for 2 persons)- No cleaning of the room was provided and of course reception is closed and no one to talk with - The room was an oven, even if the outside T° was only around 24°C, inside it was very hot and humid because of the big window reflecting the sunshine. No possible ventilation, I can't imagine how it would be during heat waves. It was impossible to get a decent sleep- After a very bad sleep, there is no possibility to get a coffee in the room. Even the basic hotels provide at least a boiler to prepare a coffee (we are not talking about a coffee machine here!). - Despite the high price of the room, the comfort is very basic: The bed was very hard and the pillows very soft / The bathroom was smelly / The shower door leaking / and There were stains in the carpet of the room- I have stayed in 8 different hotels in the past 2 months, I was lucky to have good experiences everywhere. This place is from far the worst place I have ever been!
