Disliked: The parking lot all around the building was in horrible shape. I stayed in a handicap accessible room and the shower was awful. No curtain, the faucet in the shower was not mounted correctly. It took over 10 minutes to get hot water. I cannot imagine having to wait like that in a wheelchair. The day I left I gave up and didn't take a shower. There is no place in that bathroom to put your toiletries. The HVAC unit was very dirty and blowing debris into the room.

Disliked: It was a little pricey compared to other hotels around it.

Worth it and will stay...

Liked: Everything went well. The staff was super friendly and I got the room and parking that I requested since I stayed there in the Spring. It is conveniently located near to the downtown and feels very safe. The booking system was easy and I think a very reasonable rate.
Disliked: No issues at all!

Exceptional

Liked: Handy location close to Safeway and lots of restaurants. Park right at door which I love as it makes it easy to unload and load car. Big room with kitchenette and full size Fridge. Great bed and pillows. Very clean. Good fenced dog run.
Disliked: Was perfect for a few nights.

Liked: Very welcoming staff. Great location. Booked two rooms as we had an issue with a car while traveling. Both rooms were lovely and clean. Great kitchenette and full fridge. Huge TV and very comfortable bed and pillows. Has a good sized clean fenced off dog area which is great. Parking directly in front of room is always a bonus. Big thumbs up for staff and hotel 👍
Disliked: Nothing. All good on this hotel. Fantastic price. Super efficient and friendly staff. Clean. Great location. No complaints at all.
