Liked: Room was fabulous
Disliked: Communal areas very much an older persons hotel

Probably won’t stay again

Liked: Breakfast was fine beds were comfortable however the shower wasn’t very good
Disliked: The receptionist on our arrival wasn’t helpful or friendly. She didn’t smile or welcome us and it took 2 attempts to get the correct information and access to the hotel car park.

Disliked: Sofa Bed was really uncomfortable that my son had to sleep on the floor and the Attic Room was really small and stuffy

Hotel brilliant car parking very...

Liked: Every thing was good except trying to park, despite paying £20 i cud not locate the reserved parking areas and reception were to busy to ask more directions eventually found a spot where a car had just moved off and i noted it was marked "Merion" so parked there and left car then for our 3 day stay and used public transport .. i lost my £20 but at least i had a parking spot.... The staff in restaurant etc were ever so polite and helpful Thank you.
Disliked: As above trying to find the reserved parking nothing else all good in fact Brill.
