Liked: The bed was comfy and we liked the pool but there was sand on the bottom of the pool
Disliked: The room was smelly, I didn't realize it was smoking, no parking by the door. It was a Motel, I expected a Hotel.

I would definitely stay there...

Liked: Not far from my work and grocery store and others not far But I wish they had a waiting area in case you arrive a little early, however they were very pleasant and accommodating.
Disliked: Just to have a waiting area and maybe some snack machines

Liked: The location was very convenient to Bush Gardens .
Disliked: The guest that was allowed to smoke marijuana outside of their rooms. And for that reason I won't go back if I have my grandchildren.

Disliked: Hotel staff not paying attention to the "Do Not disturb" sign on our door...

Liked: Pillows were soft! checked for bed bugs and found none!
Disliked: I saw a large roach in my room. Carpets are stained. The blow dryer looked like it had caught on fire. Dead bug on bathroom floor. Stuff splattered on the door not to included the inside door was dirty and looked as if it had never been wiped off. Bed felt like you were sleeping on a concrete slap with a sheet over it.

Disliked: The room was extremely hot at night, even with the ac running continuously. The staff were professional, but there was an issue with the registration process had issues. We were awakened after 10 pm, with the management stating i needed to come to the office with my ID and credit card. This was due to the reservation not being prepaid as we were understood. The facilities were decent but not appearing as they did in the photos.
