Disliked: Lack of air conditioning in the second bed room.

Liked: Excellent basic no frills motel. Very clean. employees really pleasant to deal with. overall great experience and value. Would definitely stay there again if in the area!

Liked: Size of suite was very good with everything you need for a stay.
Disliked: Check in process was problematic - originally given wrong room & then called back to reception after we were already in bed. The room itself was a duplex & very large however it needs modernisation. Fixtures & fittings look very tired & the room smelled of damp. Bathroom was dirty, door frame rotten & when the bathroom light was on the extractor fan was extremely loud - could hear it in both bedrooms. It rained during the night & the air con unit in 2nd bedroom was rattling constantly with the noise = a disturbed sleep.

Liked: It was very clean and comfortable !
Disliked: I booked through booking.com as I always do for trips but when I checked out after our stay a $4. 00 fee was added on to the final charge and no explanation. Never have I had this done before ! Didn't see it til we had left!!

Liked: the hotel manager was very accommodating.
Disliked: I booked a suite that turned out to be two floors, one in the basement with 2 rooms. I asked the hotel mgr for a room on one floor and she was accomodating.
