Liked: Decent location as far as close to things.
Disliked: Sheets and carpets were stained

It was perfect for what...

Liked: I liked the fact that they offered a hot, (scrambled eggs, hash browns, sausage) & cold, (cereal, muffins, toast) breakfast with plenty of coffee or tea! 2 small tables to eat at otherwise it was your lap, which was ok with us. Cozy, quite, old, but clean little Inn. It's a pilots inn as it is right near a small plane landing strip.
Disliked: The air conditioner really needs to be cleaned please and maybe cleaner carpets.

Exceptional

Liked: The staff was extremely nice. The room was decent for what we needed.
Disliked: There was nothing I didn't like.

Perfect for what we needed...

Liked: Really appreciated the pickup from the airport and the drop off at our meeting place for the cruise! Super easy—super friendly people
Disliked: The room is large and clean but dated.

Liked: good place in anchorage. close to places in town. easy way to go north

Disliked: Rooms need updating. Couldn’t get in our roomHad to get the worker. Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Floor not flat.

Comfortable

Liked: Clean and comfortable. Staff were great and they had breakfast.
Disliked: Location and noise from the airport and the road.

The man at the front...

Liked: It was cheaper than anywhere else in town.
Disliked: It was in a very run down area of town, attached to a Chinese restaurant, and located behind an adult themed shop. The shuttle driver, instead of greeting us, let us know that we were in the wrong place to be picked up. This is after asking a nice lady inside the airport where the shuttle pick up was located for that particular hotel. He then went on to say blatantly that people that need to be picked up, only call when he sits down to eat supper. Everyone that was picked up with us, was silent from his blatant rudeness, because we could tell we were a bother to him. He needed us to know this. He literally had something negative to say about every single thing that took place, from how someone put their luggage inside the vehicle, to what time they needed a ride back to the airport. He let the entire customer base inside the van know, that he knew, we would want to go when he wasn’t ready to take us. It was evident that he not only saw the hotel’s customers as a nuisance, but his rudeness was only topped by his need to belittle and insult you. Not a good look and I have a feeling this isn’t the first time someone has commented about this man’s incompetent behavior.
