Mermaid Waters is conveniently located in a secluded location just 0.6 mi from the beachfront and close to Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Center. Free WiFi is provided. The Mermaid Waters Hotel by Nightcap Plus has been partially refurbished. The hotel has an elegance and grandeur that extends to the rooms which have been refurbished to a high standard. Excellent Location, Comfy Bed and...

Liked: The king studio room was well appointed and the bed was very comfortable. The room was nice and quiet with climate control. The bathroom was excellent and having a separate shower to the bath was a must. The fridge was suitable for our needs, however it had no freezer compartment. The parking was good and we were happy that our vehicle was kept in a gated carpark. The buffet breakfast was excellent with so many choices of hot and cold foods. We would definitely choose to stay again at this establishment. We were pleased that the bus stop was close by as we did not want to drive around the Gold Coast. Plenty of services and shops close by.

If we need to stay...

Liked: A wonderful room and most comfortable bed. A quiet room considering near the bar and restaurant at the complex. Staff were great and a wonderful breakfast to send us on our way home.
Disliked: Cant really think of anything negative

Comfortable stay in Mermaid Waters

Liked: Location was good. Hotel was very clean and new. Friendly reception staff when checking out at 6am and i was offered free breakfast boxes to take with me!
Disliked: The bed was very soft
