Lovely historic building and great...

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay in Merivale and Christchurch. Great spot for dining and shopping and accessing the city. We had a vehicle and that made it easy to get around.Grant and Maree were fabulous host and generous with their information and knowledge of places to eat and visit and they were spot on.Merivale Manor being a historic building had 2 flights of stairs to get upstairs and we had lovely old and spacious room. We had a requested a twin room and it had a queen bed and single both of which were very comfortable. Great shower and nice bathroom.Thanks so much to Grant and Maree

Liked: My stay at Merivale Manor was my first introduction to New Zealand! The facility and customer service was outstanding. There was such attention to detail in my room - it was comfortable, spotless and had lovely touches. The breakfast was also a highlight—I felt so welcomed and prepared for my hiking tour this week. I highly recommend Merivale Manor and thank the owners and staff for a beautiful experience.
