Liked: In room facilites were immaculate and exceeded my expectations, staff were friendly on arrival and departure, the 24hr gym on level 4 is handy for those who are trying to keep or get fit and the hotel is an easy walk to the darling Harbour precinct and walking distance of the rest of the CBD.
Disliked: Cannot think of anything negative.

Below average staying like for...

Liked: hotel provided us with the disability access room, which we were not aware when we book the room. When asked for replacement room they unfriendly advised that this is what we have booked and transferring us to another room was not negotiable. The bathroom had no bench or shelf to put accessories on
Disliked: Staff could be more approachable and understanding and offer us different room.
