Very nice stay at a...
Liked: Accommodation is right in the city centre, a few minutes to trains and trams. Apartment was a great size with excellent cooking facilities - oven dishwasher and full sized fridge. Staff were very friendly.
Disliked: As we were only there for 2 nights there was no room servicing. It would have been good to just have bins emptied. There were no wash cloths in the bathroom.

Superb
Liked: We love the location and the beautiful staff. As we travelled for a special occasion, my mum received a bottle of champagne, chocolate and a handwritten hard. Very lovely touch.
Disliked: Our room wasn’t as clean as previous stays, mainly in the bathroom and we had pillowcases left in one of the bedrooms from a previous guest.

Well located Pitt St serviced...
Liked: Room 2501 on Lvl 25 was quiet from street noise, but occasionally a passing ambulance was a problem. Staff were generally well trained and polite. Room was well decorated, clean with v good facilities.
Disliked: We and all other guests (200+) were awoken at 1.20am on Fri 27/6 by a false fire evacuation alarm caused by a faulty water sprinkler in the basement. This potentially very serious incident was not well managed by the hotel managers, leading to confusion amongst many guests. Meriton management do now understand what needs to be done to avoid a repetition of this event.
