Great location.

Liked: For our visit the location was really good; the bed was comfortable, the staff were courteous & efficient. Most of the equipment (fridge, washing machine, coffee machine, kettle etc) worked well.
Disliked: I misunderstood the booking form, so we ended up with an accessible bathroom with an extremely slippery floor and no way to dry it, and a badly arranged stand alone basin (no vanity) and mirror for shaving - all problems for people who required the accessibility as well. No plug for the kitchen sink; the couch was uncomfortable, there was no full length mirror, and the wardrobe doors obstructed easy access to the space.

Liked: Great location for enjoying all the city activities. Close to light rail, Metro and railway station. Walk to shopping, restaurants and cocktail bars.
Disliked: No complaints
