Liked: Excellent hotel in a great location
Disliked: Two out of three lifts weren’t working. Two family members waited well over 20min for a lift one of our members was terribly sick and need to get to her room but had to wait so long for the lift .The staff were very helpful.

Disliked: - 1 out of 3 lifts working for a 48 level hotel. Wait times for the lift was lengthy (up to 15 minutes)- room was not ready at check in time. Staff could not tell me if I would have to wait 1 hour or 3 hours for my room to be ready. Reception area was FULL with people all whose rooms were not ready at check in time- air vents on roof of building next door were very noisy and constant noise Would never stay here again
