Disliked: They had parking and empty basement but wanted us to park in an external parking lot.We had booked months in advance for side. Y side rooms as my kids were with me. We did not get adjacent rooms. This was very frustrating especially after the exact request about 6-8 months in advance. The person who initially booked us in at reception was not a welcoming person. The rest of reception staff with ongoing stays all were good. Manager did come to help and allowed us the onsite parking once we complained about the two separate initial incidences.
