Well we were in walking distance to the ICC. The unit was fully self contained. The unit was very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Liked: We didn't have to wait long for lifts. We were on the 28th floor.
Disliked: Nothing.

Terrible cleanness. Poor staff communication....
Liked: The only value of this stay is the good location. But to be honest, CBD is small, all the hotels in CBD are all in good location. Hence, a good location won't be the reason for me to choose here again.
Disliked: The cleanness is terrible. I booked 3 nights. First night, they gave me a room with many little black flies in the bathroom. They sent a staff to hit/kill the little flies with a towel. The little flies came in and out through the drain hole. I realized it's not possible to clean those flies by hitting them with a towel so asked for changing a room. We understood it was midnight and they didnt have staff to prepare a room so we agreed to change it in the next day. The staff at counter asked us to move out the room before 11 with all our stuffs and go to the check-in counter to switch the room cards. 11 was quite early for us to wake up, a proposal at 12 was rejected. Fine, we accepted it anyway. When we moved out and reached the counter in the next day to switch a new room card, the staff at the counter said the room is ready so we got the new room card. When we opened the door of the new room, a cleaning lady was surprisely shocked seeing us while she's still doing the cleaning. She asked us to stay out and wait her 10 minutes politely, but we were extremely tired and asked her to continue her cleaning and let us stay in the room. When she finished, there was a used bed sheet on the table, and the lady wasn't taking the sheet with her but told us that someone will MAYBE come to take it and she just left. A few minutes passed, we called the counter again to sent someone to take away the used bed sheet. If your policy is to clean the room every 3 days, you must make sure you can keep the cleanness. We spent AUD1500 for 3 nights plus car parking and we didn't find you are worth of this price. In the 2nd and the 3rd night, our room was next to a trash chute and the door of the trash chute was never being closed...

Liked: the location was perfect, as was arriving at the parking station. the views were amazing. the rooms were beautiful. bed was very comfortable and the pillows perfect.
