Well we were in walking distance to the ICC. The unit was fully self contained. The unit was very clean. We very much enjoyed our stay.
Liked: We didn't have to wait long for lifts. We were on the 28th floor.
Disliked: Nothing.

Exceptional
Liked: The bed is the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Perfect long firm pillows (2 each!!!), massive bed. We wanted to check in early as we had a wedding to attend in the afternoon, they provided us with an option on a lower floor which was fine (we were still on the 13th as opposed to the 19th floor) as we were just there to stay the night after the wedding reception. The room was perfect, plenty of space, felt like a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend.

VERY UNHAPPY WITH OUR STAY
Liked: Didn't like anything except locaction was ok.. From Australia not Canada
Disliked: Very dirty, room hadn't been cleaned, hadn't been vacuumed or wiped over, long hair in bathroom and in bed everywhere. FILTHY..Expensive for the filthy room, will never stay here again and will pass on to others not to stay here again. UNLESS A REFUND OR SOME SORT OF CREDIT.. VERY BAD.. We just came back from 3rd world countries and this was our stay back at home after long flight and worst and dirtiest part of our trip. So ashamed of Australia and Kent St Meriton.. A good stay
Liked: The room and the convenience. No room-clean every day, but you can ask for supports.
Disliked: The left/elevator. The hotel building has 4 or 6 lifts, supposing to meet the customers' needs. However, the lifts are centrol-controlled. Customers have to tap the room card to register. "Smart Software" will assign you a lift number. The result is: Low efficiency! Many customers are waiting. The longest waiting line I saw was about 40-50 people.

Almost perfect in most aspects...
Liked: Clean, luxurious, location, good value for money.
Disliked: I would have given 10 stars all the way but....I was asking staff to help me move my 4 luggages as I was about to check out. concierge staff said I need to bring the huge push cart by myself from downstairs to my room and bring back my luggages by my self. I did and the push cart's wheels were broken does not push in proper direction. I almost broke the elevator because I kept hitting the walls plus the weight of my luggages made it worse. I was alone as my family were in the museum I told the staff about that. I payed so much for 2 nights stay and a simple assistance to move our luggages can't be provided by Meriton. What if the guests were seniors or with back problems. Dissapointing in that aspect.
